Terms of Service

1. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. One person, one account. Keep your inbox secure - whoever controls it controls the account.

You must be at least 18 to use CartViral. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

If you connect an AI assistant (through our MCP server) or use an API key, what it does in your account counts as your action, including the credits it spends. Every paid tool shows its price and returns the credits if a job fails. You can disconnect an assistant or revoke a key at any time in Account, Claude & ChatGPT.

2. Credits and payments

Generating clips uses credits. Credits come with a plan, a top-up pack or the one-time trial. Prices are shown before you pay; payments are processed by Stripe or, for cards issued in Russia, by lava.top.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly. A yearly plan is billed once for 12 months, at the yearly price shown before you pay. On both, the plan's credits arrive every 30 days as a fresh allowance and do not roll over; on a yearly plan they keep arriving every 30 days for the whole paid year. Top-up credits never expire.

You can cancel a plan at any time on the Credits & plan page. Cancelling stops the renewal: the plan keeps running, with its credits, to the end of the period you paid for, which is the month on a monthly plan and the paid year on a yearly plan.

Refunds of a yearly plan: within 14 days of a yearly payment you get a full refund if you used no more than one month of the plan's credits. After those 14 days, or once more than one month of credits was used, the yearly payment is not refunded. Ask for it at support@cartviral.com.

Each clip format uses a set number of credits, shown before you generate. We may change these numbers; a change never affects clips already queued or generated.

If a generation fails or you cancel it while it is queued, its credits are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable otherwise, except where the law requires it.

One credit balance serves both workspaces of your account.

3. Content and AI

Clips are generated by AI from product data (titles, descriptions, photos). You are responsible for reviewing a clip before you publish it and for the claims it makes.

Label AI-generated content where a platform or law requires it (for example the AI-generated toggle on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube).

You keep your rights in your catalog and your clips. You allow us to process them to provide the service.

4. Affiliate offers (brands)

A brand sets the commission, attribution window and products of its offer. Better terms apply immediately; lower terms apply 7 days after they are announced to the generators who already promote the offer, and clicks made before that keep the earlier rate.

Commission is owed only on confirmed sales: confirmed by the store's own order data, by the brand, or automatically when the brand makes no decision within 72 hours (unusually large orders always need a manual decision). The brand can reject a sale, with a reason, only while it is unconfirmed. Once confirmed, the commission is payable right away; a later refund of the order is the brand's cost and does not reverse it. CartViral reverses sales it finds to be self-purchases or fraud.

CartViral charges the brand a platform fee on each confirmed commission, on top of it: 20% of the commission, or 10% for life for the first 50 brands. It is taken from the deposit when the sale is confirmed and is not returned if the order is refunded later; it is returned if CartViral reverses the sale as fraud. The generator always receives 100% of their commission.

A live offer needs a prepaid deposit of at least $100. Commissions and the platform fee are paid from it. If confirmed commissions exceed the deposit, the offer pauses until it is topped up. The unused balance is refunded on request once the offer is paused and its last sales are confirmed or rejected.

A brand may move credits from its balance into its offer's clip pool; generators on the offer then use them to make clips of the brand's products. Credits left in the pool can be moved back to the brand's balance at any time; credits already used are not returned.

The brand installs the tracking pixel in its own store and is responsible for its storefront's privacy notice and cookie consent.

5. Generators

Joining offers is free. You promote products with your own tracked link and post on your own accounts.

Disclose every paid promotion clearly (for example #ad) and follow the rules of each platform. Do not make claims the product page does not support.

Never buy through your own link, place fake or test orders, use bots, buy clicks, spam, or mislead buyers. Such sales are rejected and the account can be removed.

A sale can be withdrawn as soon as it is confirmed by the store or the brand; a brand has 72 hours to review a sale its store did not confirm. A refund after confirmation does not reverse your commission; a refund before confirmation cancels the sale. Sales found to be self-purchases or fraud are reversed, and if they were already paid out, the amount is deducted from your future earnings. Generators with many refunded orders may need the brand's approval for each new sale.

Payouts are weekly from $50 to a PayPal email or a USDT (TRC-20) address you provide. You can also spend your available earnings on credits at any amount, with a 10% credit bonus; such a purchase is final. You are responsible for your taxes.

6. Suspension and ending

You can delete your account from Account settings; we erase your data within 30 days after paying out any earned balance.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put buyers, brands or generators at risk. Earnings from fraudulent activity are not paid.

7. Liability

CartViral is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee sales, reach or earnings. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

If these terms change materially, we update the date above and tell you in the cabinet or by email before the change applies.
