Terms of Service

1. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. One person, one account. Keep your inbox secure - whoever controls it controls the account.

You must be at least 18 to use CartViral. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

2. Credits and payments

Generating clips uses credits. Credits come with a plan, a top-up pack or the one-time trial. Prices are shown before you pay; payments are processed by Stripe.

Each clip format uses a set number of credits, shown before you generate. We may change these numbers; a change never affects clips already queued or generated.

If a generation fails or you cancel it while it is queued, its credits are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable otherwise, except where the law requires it.

One credit balance serves both workspaces of your account.

3. Content and AI

Clips are generated by AI from product data (titles, descriptions, photos). You are responsible for reviewing a clip before you publish it and for the claims it makes.

Label AI-generated content where a platform or law requires it (for example the AI-generated toggle on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube).

You keep your rights in your catalog and your clips. You allow us to process them to provide the service.

4. Affiliate offers (brands)

A brand sets the commission, attribution window and products of its offer. Better terms apply immediately; lower terms apply 7 days after they are announced to the generators who already promote the offer, and clicks made before that keep the earlier rate.

Commission is owed only on confirmed sales: confirmed by the store's own order data, by the brand, or automatically when the brand makes no decision within 7 days (unusually large orders always need a manual decision). The brand can reject a sale with a reason until it is paid out.

A live offer needs a prepaid deposit of at least $100. Commissions are paid from it. If confirmed commissions exceed the deposit, the offer pauses until it is topped up. The unused balance is refunded on request once the offer is paused and its last commissions have cleared.

The brand installs the tracking pixel in its own store and is responsible for its storefront's privacy notice and cookie consent.

5. Generators

Joining offers is free. You promote products with your own tracked link and post on your own accounts.

Disclose every paid promotion clearly (for example #ad) and follow the rules of each platform. Do not make claims the product page does not support.

Never buy through your own link, place fake or test orders, use bots, buy clicks, spam, or mislead buyers. Such sales are rejected and the account can be removed.

Sales hold for 30 days (the refund window) before they can be withdrawn. A refunded order reverses its commission; if it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your future earnings.

Payouts are weekly from $50 to a PayPal email or a USDT (TRC-20) address you provide. You are responsible for your taxes.

6. Suspension and ending

You can delete your account from Account settings; we erase your data within 30 days after paying out any earned balance.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put buyers, brands or generators at risk. Earnings from fraudulent activity are not paid.

7. Liability

CartViral is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee sales, reach or earnings. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

If these terms change materially, we update the date above and tell you in the cabinet or by email before the change applies.
